The motivation to take these classes was to improve my health and focus. I love everything about the class. The pace is always perfect, I never feel rushed, never distracted, or bored. I am stronger, much more flexible, and have improved balance. Marion has warm acceptance for everyone no matter what your skill level. I appreciate her regular reminders and ways to incorporate what we practice into our lives.

        During Shelter-in-Place and remote classes
  • I want to tell you how completely amazed I was after our session this morning!  My body moved smoothly; all of my joints were clear and free moving. I was amazed at how good I felt!  See you next week! ~Pat G.

And you definitely have the knack for describing exactly how you're moving in details that eliminate the need to keep checking to see if I'm following correctly, and that is even more appreciated during the Zoom sessions.   • I really love the classes. The range of motion poses are great for my rheumatoid arthritis and the Yoga Nidra is so helpful in reducing stress. Marion has a lovely way of gently guiding you through the poses and using analogies to help students visualize the movements. The classes are wonderful for people at all levels of experience and ability, because she offers modifications and also encourages people to make modifications that work for their bodies.
